Spruce Lumber

Spruce lumber is the choice for general framing. It is not recommended for decks or other exposed areas. We buy in kiln-dried spruce lumber and almost always, we will have a premium grade in stock.
Our designers have tables that provide us with the information about the appropriate size to use in applications like floor joists or ceiling rafters.
We carry a complete range of sizes and the product is stored under a roof once the tarp has been taken off.
Hardwoods
Although we are in the building business, not manufacturing, we do carry a small assortment of Maple and Oak lumber in both 1" and 6/4" sizes. The grade is FAS (clear). The widths may be random.Come in and check out our selection!
