Recent Events:
We are now carrying Lightweight Drywall ! It is 30% lighter, comes in 8',10'and 12' sheets , is easier to cut and will span 24" centers. All for the same price as regular drywall !
Cottages
Levern and his crew have been doing cottages for over 24 years in the Haliburton County area. Form small cottages to million dollar structures, Levern has the experience that you need !
Homes
Many people have a cottage in the area and then decide to retire and build a home. Miscio Construction has built many homes as well.
Additions
Additions can be as much work as a new building sometimes. As you can see by this job, Levern and his crew were able to match up the roof lines. Once the building has been re-stained, it will look as if the addition was part of the original structure.
Foundations
Miscio Construction also does the foundation work. They can do the traditional block design or the new ICF method.
Garages
This is a larger garage but the crew can do any size.
